Mr. pradeep goyal
Founder, Chairman & Managing Director
Pradeep Goyal is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Pradeep Metals Limited, a BSE-listed manufacturer and exporter of precision-machined forgings. He founded the company in 1983 after working with Air Products Inc. in the United States.
A metallurgical engineer, he graduated first in his class of Metallurgy from IIT Kanpur in 1978 and received a silver medal from the President of India. He later earned a master’s degree in metallurgy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA on a full scholarship.
Mr Goyal served as President of ASM International, USA, for 2023–24. He has also served on the boards of IIT Kanpur, the Technology Development Board of the Government of India, UPL Limited, Hind Rectifiers Limited and the IIT Bombay Research Park.
He is an inventor with six patents in microwave processing and has worked on technologies for lower-energy steelmaking and chemical-free grain disinfestation. He has also held leadership roles in Rotary International and Ekal Abhiyan, which supports education in tribal and rural India.

Mrs. Neeru Goyal is an entrepreneur with B.Sc. (Chemistry) and M.A. in English Literature. She has over 10 years’ experience in exporting Engineered goods.

Director
Dr. Kewal K. Nohria is a successful technocrat with B.E. (Elect.) from Banaras Hindu University and pursued post-graduation and Management studies at Manchester Technical College, UK. He was the Chairman & Managing Director of Crompton Greaves Ltd. He is also on the board of IIM (Udaipur) and many other Indian companies. He has over 50 years’ experience in the Electrical and Electronics Industry.

Mr. Jayavardhan Dhar Diwan holds a degree in BE (Metallurgy) from the University of Roorkee and has completed his MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research. He started his career in Indian Aluminum post his Engineering degree. He moved to a career in Finance in 1993 post his MBA, as a Senior Research Analyst covering Indian Equities for W I Carr in Mumbai and New York, moving on to KBC Financial Products as Executive Director, covering Global convertible bonds, distressed companies and special situations based out of New York. Currently, Mr. Diwan is the Managing Partner / Advisor to Odyssey India Advisory Private Limited for New York / Mumbai, focused on Convertible Bond / & special situations.

Mr. Kartick Maheshwari holds a degree in LLM from University of Pennsylvania Law School and has completed his LLB (Hons), from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He is a Member of Bar Association of West Bengal. Mr. Maheshwari is a Partner at Khaitan & Co, and represents private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and corporate strategic investors in a range of transactions in healthcare, real estate, financial services and consumer sectors. He brings with him a wealth of experience on strategic initiatives in listed companies – from an inorganic growth and governance perspective.

Ms. Nandita Nagpal Vohra is a Commerce Graduate (Hons.) from MCM DAV College, Chandigarh. She has done Master of Business Administration from FMS, Delhi (1995). During her professional career of last 24 years, she has been associated with entities such as Asian Development Bank, The World Bank, L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd., Feedback Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Kotak Mahindra Capital Company and CRISIL.

Mr. Advait has nearly 30 years of experience in industry, management consulting and coaching, having worked in leading organisations like Tata Motors, AF Ferguson and PWC prior to starting Upham Management Consultants in 2009. Mr. Advait has expertise in the areas of business strategy, balanced scorecard and HR consulting and has led consulting projects across the range of sectors including BFSI, engineering, automotive, retail pharma, FMCG, hospitality, media and advertising. He is an alum of IIT Bombay and has studied at the Wharton Business School.
